Built in the 1920s and expanded in the 1950s, this property was originally used for light industrial manufacturing.

 

Over the past decades, the building gradually acquired its current status of “NY Loft-style” office and commercial space. 

 

It was renovated in 2011, with abundant fenestration and bricks walls. New passenger elevators were installed in 2014; more recently, in 2015, the hallways and washrooms were entirely refurbished.
